Kırcali, born in 1965, studied Chemistry at Boğaziçi University after completing his high school education. During his time at the university, he joined the Photography Club and later managed lighting for the BÜO (Boğaziçi University Players) theater stage, known as the “Kırmızı Salon.” He also worked as a cinema machinist for the school. From childhood, he dedicated his weekends to his favorite passion: cinema. Between 1989 and 1992, he worked at Filmatik Altyazı. In 1993, together with Pamir Demirtaş, he founded Pinema Filmciliği, acquiring foreign film rights and growing the business in Cinema, TV, and Video sectors in Turkey. From 2006 to 2012, he served as the Head of Acquisitions at Horizon Film Intl and Fanatik Digital. In 2021, he established İst Yapımcılık, embarking on producing TV series, films, and documentaries. He is fluent in English and Russian.
